Coffee becomes even more tasteful when combined with a bar of Twix®. Twix® go always in pairs, so our question is which one will you choose to dip it to your coffee?
The main need was to make Twix® & Coffee the next big thing. Along with that the global tagline needed to be localized but at the same time the idea of choosing Right or Left (Twix® bar) might have a negative connotation for the question Right or Left implies political parties.
Drinking coffee in Greece is not just a habit. It is a daily ritual - one can enjoy alone or with friends. Coffee breaks in Greece are serious affairs and last long! But what supplementary element could make drinking coffee even more pleasant? What else - Dipping a Twix® into your coffee.
In cooperation with a popular YouTuber we created a series of short videos in order to present how different people/personas (ie. a music fan, a fitness dude, a hipster etc…) have one thing in common – they are Twix® & Coffee Lovers in their own personal way. After viewing the videos users were asked to upload a photo of their Twix & Coffee habit and by using campaigns hashtag #TwixandCofeeGr participate in a draw.
A customized campaign landing page was created that hosting digital videos, step-by-step contest instructions and a live photo gallery with user participations Twix andCofee photos.
Several influencers also took part in this journey and uploaded their Twix® & Coffee moment.
Over and above, Twix® collaborated with efood (top food&coffee delivery app) who sent to every coffee order customer a Twix® bars …for maximizing pleasure.
The campaign had great impact reaching more than 400.000 views in just the first couple of weeks and almost 1.470 participations in almost a month.
