Solid has developed a trivia game that uses Google Maps as its basic tool mechanism and implicitly promotes online car insurance by Anytime. The player answers 4 questions in each round by placing a pointer to the exact location on the map that he thinks the question refers to. There is a special kilometer gauge and the player is awarded with extra km for every correct answer or kms are subtracted for wrong answers. Every round the player advances gets him an extra participation for the drawing that takes place at the end of the competition with very attractive prizes.
The campaign provided a very engaging mechanism that met the brand’s objectives. In a snapshot:
